With many happy trade customers over the years from near and far, we are confident to provide excellent hand crafted authentic German and Bavarian bakery products, made in the UK.
We provide for hotels, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops, as well as events, beer festivals, farm shops and Chtistmas markets.
How can it work for your business?
We deliver pretzel products fresh or ¾ baked via overnight courier throughout the UK depending on distance and volume.
In Bolton and the Manchester area we can deliver fresh on the day of consumption,
Important: All pretzel products, which will not be consumed on the day of production (shipped overnight), will be ¾ baked and have to be sprinkled with salt on the outside and crisped up before serving or being sold to your customers. This can happen in any type of oven as well as in a wide slot toaster or similar device.
Shelf life: All pretzel products can be frozen after arrival to expand shelf life and baked off when needed. Shelf life after production is on that day, or up to 4 days, if kept in a plastic bag stored in a cool space AND then crisped up.
Other products can be shipped and delivered, depending on the nature of the product. Please for all enquiries get in contact with us early, as we are only a small bakery.
